I do not think I will EVER do a New Year's Resolution again! I always seem to fail horribly. This year I had a few:
1) Cut Soda Consumption to (1) daily
2) Stick with Weight Watchers
3) Be Organized
4) Dress for Work
So far I have managed to fail at the first 2, I took this picture of my trash can in my office, this is 3 days worth of drinks! I love fountain drinks, but they DO NOT love me. I think that my organs are beginning to shut down due to the High Fructose Corn Syrup and Carbonation.
From now on I am only setting Goals. I can achieve a goal/milestone. So starting today I will cut my soda in take in half for the next week, then we will set a new goal! (More to some on the other Resolutions not being followed!)
