Hump Day

I am so over this week! I want to be able to sleep in soooooo baddddd! Hurry up weekend get here. It has been a weird one so far! We have a DLP High Def TV, in order to make the TV work there is a special lamp that is needed. Ours burnt out! We thought we would see if we could go a week without the big TV, that means no eating dinner in front of the TV, no PS3 or Cal of Duty for the Hubby. So far not so bad, I must say! I had all these plans to finish the three books I started for the etsy shop and to put together several kits....NOT SO MUCH!

A Ringing Phone...

This morning I woke to a ringing phone...Never a good thing at 6 AM! When I cleared all the sleep from my brain I realized it was my office phone. URGHHHHHH! I am so lucky to be able to work from home, it is AWESOME..until I forget to set my extension to Do Not Disturb at the end of the day. So now I am up early and I figure I should check my voice mail, after all it could be an order for a million dollars right?! WRONG!!!! it was a recorded political message! I HATE YOU AUTO DIALER'S...whoever created this "technology" is an evil, evil person!

1. Hello Kitty Sweet Shoppe - Taipei, Taiwan
I am DYING to go here! First of all I have been in love with Hello Kitty since I was a very little girl! Second, I LOVE Hello Kitty Candy! What better place then the Hello Kitty Sweet Shoppe in Taipei!


2. 42 ounce, 79 cent Diet Cokes from McDonald's! I love Diet Coke, although McDonald's is not my favorite place, I am obsessed with the 42 ounce soda! How can you go wrong for 79 cents!?!

2XL...I lOVE YOU SO MUCH!

The year was 1978 and I fell in love with my first boy....Boy ROBOT that is. I remember watching Sunday cartoons and seeing the commercial for 2XL, a talking robot that would ask you all sorts of questions. It played 8-track tapes..8-TRACK TAPE...some of you out there have never even seen an 8-track. Anyway, I begged, pleaded, pouted, made ridiculous promises, even said I couldn't live without a 2XL. Well that year for Christmas my dreams came true! I got my very own robot! I played with 2XL for hours, when he wasn't plugged in I carried him around, I put him on my little car and road around the garage with him, I tucked him in at night even. As I got older he was the one toy I couldn't part with. Well this weekend we cleaned out the rafters at my mom's house and who should appear......2XL! I feel like a 7 year old all over again!
